Servants Basketball is more than just basketball, but a ministry and mentorship to our young youth. Attached you will see many programs that we have, to enhance the player with life skills that will better them in society. We also have testimonies attached. Servants Basketball is not associated with any Church or Religious Organizations. We are our own entity.
Our organization is community base which gives players an avenue to do positive things in our society, besides the alternative. Over 80% of our players come from a single parent home, with most not having a father figure or a consistent positive role model. We welcome all kids of all
ages, different backgrounds and most important that have different challenges in life.
We have found in our program that our players just need a fighting chance, rather it’s in
basketball or any career path. We show love and compassion but also give reality checks where needed. Our programs develop lifelong skills and confidence.
We play competitive basketball and model the style of ministering that Jesus model for us.
Jesus served His twelve apostles, even though one of them betrayed Him. Servant basketball coaches serve their players (Mark 10:45). Although the Servant coaches are not perfect, we try to provide an example that will spur children to seek a relationship with God the Father.
